What is the return policy
We offer refund for any defects or damage within 7 days. Items must be unused, in original packaging , and free from damage or wear. Please email to us your order number, defect description and photos (if any). We will get in touch with you regarding the refund process.
How much does shipping cost?
Standard delivery at $5 and Expedited delivery at $7.50.
When will I get my order?
As all parts are print on demand. There will be a lead time of 7 days from the time of ordering. This is exclusive of the shipping lead time
How is the product made
All product are printed via a 3D printing method - FDM. This is a process where plastic filament are printed layer by layer till it achieve the final shape. Hence, all parts have visible line on the surface which are not completely smooth.
